WSSRD stands for Web Search Store Retrieve Display
WSSRD is a web database developed by IMC (Information Manufacturing Corporation)
for displaying document images over the internet. WSSRD contains almost 40 million images of original weather
records and documents; these are organized in "cabinets" within distinct categories.
We have provided a brief description and sample images of the most popular cabinets.
WSSRD accounts are available only to U.S. government employees and their contractors, educational institutions doing environmental research, and other researchers associated with NOAA projects. If you would like an account in WSSRD, please contact
