This month was drier, statewide, than the 30-year normal, but based on the 108-year record it ranked mid-range, at 53rd wettest (54th driest). The persistent dryness of the last twelve months has resulted in the second driest year-to-date (January-September) and third driest hydrologic year (October-September).
