Wyoming Drought

This month was drier than normal, statewide, ranking as the 45th driest September in the 108-year record. Persistent dryness during much of the last two years has resulted in the third driest hydrologic year (October-September) and most severe statewide Palmer Hydrological Drought Index on record.
