Wyoming Drought

As noted by the Wyoming State Climatologist (Jan Curtis), precipitation and temperatures varied across the state. In spite of the February moisture, the drought over Wyoming remained essentially unchanged except for some worsening over the Lower North Platte River Basin. A more detailed report is available at:
