Wyoming Drought

As noted by the Wyoming State Climatologist (Jan Curtis), record warmth and dryness dominated Wyoming's March weather. The April 1 Surface Water Supply Index (SWSI) had most of the state in severe to extreme drought. A more detailed report is available at:
