Tree-Ring Reconstructions of Summer Temperature Patterns Across Europe since 1750- Time Series Plots
Summer half-year (April-September) mean temperatures have been reconstructed across Europe between 1750 and 1975 by Briffa et al. Time series of the temperature anomalies at each grid point can be viewed using the map below. The anomalies(in degrees C) are relative to the 1951-70 base period. For complete details on the analysis see the full data set description. The data can also be found there.
Click on a grid dot in the map to get a summer temperature reconstruction time series for that grid cell or view plots of regional reconstructions.
